Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media
- Provide accurate product information, order status, and after-sales support
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer interaction records and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with sales, distribution, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery/service issues
- Assist in improving overall customer experience through feedback and insights

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Communication)
- Preference to candidates from reputed institutions
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word especially)
- Experience in CRM software is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
- Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented
