Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate product information, order status, and after-sales support
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain customer interaction records and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with sales, distribution, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery/service issues
  • Assist in improving overall customer experience through feedback and insights

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Communication)
  • Preference to candidates from reputed institutions

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word especially)
  • Experience in CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
