Executive/Sr Executive (MIS)

Position: MIS (Management Information System) Executive / Sr. Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly sales data collection, compilation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Analyze large data sets to generate insights for strategic decisions
• Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Accounts, and Supply Chain teams
• Assist in developing automated reporting systems and improve processes
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS / Statistics / Computer Science / Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Preference will be given to candidates from reputed universities

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in a similar MIS role (FMCG sector preferred)
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting

Additional Requirements

• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.)
• Experience in Power BI, SQL, or ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
